Refund policy

When you get your money back

Short version: if we do not deliver what you paid for, you get a refund. The rest of this page is the detail, including the cases where a refill is the better answer.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to orders placed on this website for engagement packages — followers, likes, views, comments, shares and live views — operated by TikTokFame. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where the two overlap, this page governs refunds specifically.

Nothing here limits any statutory consumer right you have under the law of your own country. Where local law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy, that law wins.

2. You get a full refund when

  • We cannot start your order at all — for example the service is unavailable for your account type.
  • Delivery never begins within the timeframe stated on the product page and we cannot fix it.
  • We deliver materially less than the quantity you paid for and cannot complete it.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • You cancelled before delivery started (see section 5).

In these cases we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method. We do not ask you to accept store credit instead.

3. When we offer a refill instead

If an order was delivered in full and the count later drops, the correct remedy is a refill, not a refund: you received what you paid for, and platforms periodically remove accounts from everybody, purchased or organic.

Tell us within the refill window shown on your order — currently 30 days — and we top the order back up at no cost. If we cannot refill it, we refund the shortfall.

4. What is not refundable

  • Orders that failed because the profile was private, the username was wrong, or the post was deleted or made unavailable during delivery.
  • Orders where you changed the username or handle mid-delivery without telling us.
  • Dissatisfaction with how the platform’s own algorithm responded — we sell delivery of engagement, not a ranking outcome.
  • Completed orders where the only complaint is that growth did not continue after delivery ended.

If your order failed for one of these reasons, message us anyway. We often repoint or partially redeliver as a goodwill fix even where no refund is owed.

5. Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund at any point before delivery starts. Once a run has begun it cannot be recalled from the platform, so cancellations after that point are handled case by case — typically a partial refund covering the undelivered portion.

6. How to request a refund

Write to support@tiktokfame.co or use the contact form, and include your order number, the username or post the order was for, and what went wrong. That is everything we need — there is no separate refund form.

Please raise a refund request within 30 days of the order date so we can still see the delivery records.

7. How long a refund takes

We approve or decline refund requests quickly, usually within one working day of having the details. Once approved, the money moves at your bank’s pace — commonly a few working days for cards, sometimes longer for other methods.

Refunds are issued through Shopify to the payment method that was charged. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or person.

8. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contacting us is faster than opening a chargeback and it does not cost you the option of doing so afterwards. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in us declining future orders from that payment method.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The version in force for your order is the version published on the date you ordered, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current one.

Questions about a specific order go to support@tiktokfame.co.

If any part of this policy is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after. We would rather answer a question than process a dispute.
