Questions, answered honestly
No sales pitch on this page. If something about an order can go sideways, it is written down here — including the parts other providers leave out.
Ordering
Placing your order
What we need from you, what we never ask for, and how to fix a mistake before delivery starts.
6
Your public username or the link to the post you want boosted, plus an email address so we can send the confirmation and the receipt. That is the whole list.
No, and we will never ask for it. Everything we deliver works from the public side of your profile. If any provider asks you to log in or hand over a password, close the tab.
Yes. A private account blocks the delivery entirely, because nothing can reach a profile it cannot see. Switch to public before ordering and you can switch back once the order has completed.
Message us straight away with the correct handle and the order number. If delivery has not started we simply repoint it. Once it has started, we finish the run and top up the correct profile as a goodwill fix.
You can, but space the two orders out by a day or so. Two identical runs landing at the same moment looks less natural than one steady climb, and staggering costs you nothing.
The smallest package on each page is the minimum. For anything larger than the biggest listed package, contact us and we will split it into scheduled drops rather than dumping it all at once.
Delivery
How delivery works
Timings, drip-feed, what a stall looks like, and what to do when the counter has not moved.
7
Most orders begin moving within a few minutes of checkout. Larger packages can sit in the queue a little longer at peak times, but you should see the first movement well inside the first hour.
Small packages usually finish the same day. Large ones are spread deliberately over several days so the growth curve looks like a good week rather than a spike.
Drip-feed releases your order in small batches instead of all at once. It is on by default for larger packages because it reads more naturally. Ask us and we will speed a run up, though we will tell you honestly if we think it is a bad idea.
Check first that the profile is public and the username is spelled exactly right — those two things explain most stalls. If both are fine, send us the order number and we will look at the run itself.
Platforms periodically sweep accounts, and a small amount of drop-off is normal for everybody, organic growth included. That is exactly what the refill window is for.
Yes. Carry on as normal — posting during delivery is good, not bad. The only thing to avoid is switching the account to private mid-run.
Tell us the date you are aiming for when you order and we will start the run so it lands around it. We cannot promise delivery to the exact minute, so give us a day of margin before anything important.
Safety
Account safety
Why this does not touch your login, what we can promise, and what nobody can promise.
6
We have no access to your account, so nothing we do can trigger a login-based action against it. No provider can offer a guarantee about a platform they do not control, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — what we can control is pacing, sourcing and never asking for credentials.
There is no public marker on your profile and we never post, comment or message from your account. Your order stays between you, us and the payment processor.
No. There is no app, no browser extension and no third-party login screen. Anyone asking you to install something to receive followers is doing something different from what we do.
No. We use your email to run your order and to answer you. We do not sell contact lists, and we do not pass your handle to advertisers. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Not at all. Keep it switched on. Because we never log in, your security settings make no difference to delivery.
No. We are an independent service and we are not endorsed by, partnered with or connected to either platform. Their names appear here only to describe what our packages apply to.
Payment
Paying for your order
Who handles the card details, which methods work, and what shows up on your statement.
5
Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Your card details go to Shopify and its payment providers — they never reach our servers, and we never see a full card number.
Major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets our Shopify checkout offers you at the time — typically Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. The exact list depends on your country.
A short merchant descriptor, not a description of what you bought. If a line on your statement puzzles you, send us the date and amount and we will identify it.
Any tax that applies to your country is calculated at checkout before you confirm, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
We do not. Any saved payment method lives with Shopify or your wallet provider, under their controls, not ours.
Refunds
Refunds and refills
When money comes back, when a refill is the better answer, and how long it takes.
4
If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you get your money back — no debate. The full conditions, including the cases where a refill replaces a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy.
If your count drops after a completed order, tell us within the refill window stated on your order and we top it back up at no cost.
Yes, as long as delivery has not started. Once a run is underway it cannot be recalled, so cancellations after that point are handled case by case.
We approve refunds quickly; the money then moves at your bank’s pace, which is usually a few working days. Card refunds return to the card that paid.
