TikTok money calculator
Three numbers in, an honest range out. Estimate what a sponsored post on your account could be worth using the same reach-and-CPM maths agencies use to build a quote — no sign-up, no account connection.
Estimate your TikTok earnings
Three inputs, no account, nothing sent anywhere. The result is a modelled range built from public sponsorship rate cards — not a figure measured from your profile.
This calculator produces an estimate, not a valuation and not a guarantee of earnings. Your real rate depends on your audience, your country, your deliverables and your negotiation. Treat the range as a starting point for a conversation with a brand, never as a promise.
What a TikTok money calculator can and cannot tell you
Almost every creator hits the same wall on the day a brand asks the question: “what is your rate?” There is no published price list for TikTok, no standard invoice, and asking around usually produces two answers that are ten times apart. A TikTok money calculator does not solve that, but it does something useful — it turns your own numbers into a defensible starting figure instead of a guess made under pressure.
The logic underneath is the same one media buyers have used for decades. A brand is not buying your follower count; it is buying attention, priced per thousand people reached. So the calculator estimates how many people a post is likely to reach, multiplies that by a cost per thousand appropriate to your subject matter, and shows the result as a band rather than a single confident number.
What it cannot do is read your account. It has no connection to TikTok, no access to your analytics and no idea whether your last video quietly did four hundred thousand views. Everything it knows is what you type into the three fields, which is exactly why the output is an estimate with a stated method rather than a verdict.
How to use the TikTok money calculator
Four steps, under a minute, and nothing to install or sign up for.
Enter your follower count
Use the number on your profile, written in full. Rounding 24,800 down to 24,000 shaves a real slice off the estimate, so type the actual figure rather than an approximation.
Add your engagement rate
Take likes plus comments on a recent post, divide by followers and multiply by a hundred. If you would rather not do the arithmetic, our engagement rate calculator does it and hands you the percentage to paste here.
Pick the closest niche
The six options carry different CPM assumptions. Choose the one advertisers would file you under, not the one you like best — a fitness account that sells supplements is still fitness for pricing purposes.
Read the range, not the midpoint
The low end is roughly what a cautious brand offers first; the high end is what a well-briefed creator with strong recent numbers can hold out for. Your job in a negotiation is to move up that band, not to defend a single figure.
Why this calculator is built the way it is
Transparent maths, an honest range, and nothing collected from you.
Runs entirely in your browser
There is no API call, no account connection and no database. The numbers you type never leave the page, and nothing is stored when you close the tab.
A range instead of false precision
Any tool that returns one exact figure to the cent is inventing certainty it does not have. We show a band, because that is genuinely how sponsorship quotes land.
Niche-aware pricing
A finance account and a food account with identical reach are not worth the same to advertisers. The CPM shifts with your category, and the calculator shows you which one it applied.
Free, with no sign-up
No email, no trial, no daily limit. Run it for your own account, then run it for the three creators a client wants you to benchmark against.
How TikTok money actually reaches a creator
Brand deals are only one of several income routes, and this calculator models that one specifically. TikTok’s own Creator Rewards Program pays for qualifying longer videos on entirely separate terms that change over time and by country, and the figures here say nothing about it. TikTok Shop commission, affiliate links, your own product, UGC work for brands that never post the video on your profile — all of these price differently, and several of them pay better per follower than sponsorship does for small accounts.
Within sponsorship itself, engagement rate does more work than follower count. A 12,000-follower account with a six per cent engagement rate frequently out-earns a 90,000-follower account sitting at 0.6 per cent, because the second one is reaching a list that stopped watching. That is why the reach estimate here is driven by your engagement rather than your headline number, and it is also why buying attention that never engages tends to make the calculator read worse rather than better.
When you take the number into a real conversation, remember what usually shifts a quote upwards: exclusivity in your category, whitelisting or paid usage of the video in the brand’s own ads, extra cuts for other platforms, and a fast turnaround. Each of those is a separate line item. Quote the post, then price the extras — that habit alone tends to add more than any tweak to your follower count would.
Reading the result honestly
Estimates like this one are widely used as rules of thumb because they travel well between accounts, not because they were measured against yours. Two things break them fastest: an audience in a low-CPM country, which pulls real offers below the band, and an unusually loyal niche audience, which can push a serious brand well above it. If your last three collaborations landed outside the range, trust your invoices over the model.
Nothing you enter here is transmitted or saved. The calculation happens in your browser, there is no analytics event attached to the figures, and refreshing the page wipes them. That also means we cannot see your inputs, so there is no follow-up email and no lead form hiding behind the button.
Frequently asked questions
The questions people send us most often about this tool, answered plainly.
It is an estimate, not a measurement. It applies public rate-card conventions — reach modelled from your engagement, priced at a niche CPM — to the three numbers you type in. It has no access to your account, so treat the range as a starting point for negotiation rather than an accurate reading of your earnings.
No. The calculator estimates brand-deal value only. Payouts from TikTok’s Creator Rewards Program run on separate, changing terms that vary by country and by video length, and no figure on this page reflects them.
From the cost-per-thousand ranges that circulate on published influencer rate cards, which sit roughly between eight and twenty-two US dollars depending on the category. Finance and tech sit at the top because the customer being advertised to is worth more; food and beauty sit lower because the market is crowded.
Because real quotes are. The same account can be offered very different amounts by two brands in the same week depending on their budget cycle, the deliverables and whether they want usage rights. The band spans roughly 0.7 to 1.4 times the midpoint to reflect that spread honestly.
Use likes plus comments on a recent post divided by your follower count, multiplied by a hundred. Averaging your last five or ten posts gives a steadier figure than picking one viral video, which will flatter the estimate considerably.
Because advertisers pay for the customer behind the view. A finance app acquiring a funded account can justify a far higher cost per thousand views than a snack brand chasing an impulse purchase, and sponsorship pricing has always followed that logic.
No. An account with high engagement on a smaller list often earns more per post than a larger account whose audience stopped watching, because the reach estimate follows engagement. Growth helps most when the new audience actually watches and comments.
No. The whole calculation runs in your browser with no API call and no storage. Close the tab and the numbers are gone — we never see them, so there is no list to be added to.
