Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we never touch

This is a short policy because we hold very little: an email address, the public handle you asked us to deliver to, and the record of the order itself.

1. Who we are

This website and the services sold on it are operated by TikTokFame. For privacy questions, write to support@tiktokfame.co.

Where data-protection law applies to you, we act as the controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address, so we can confirm the order, send the receipt and reply to you.
  • The public username, handle or post link you want the order delivered to.
  • Order details: what you bought, the amount, the currency and the delivery status.
  • Anything you choose to write to us in the contact form, a review submission or an email.
  • Standard technical data your browser sends when it loads a page, such as IP address, approximate region, device type and referring page.

3. What we never collect

We do not ask for, store or want your social account password, a one-time login code, or any form of account access. There is no browser extension and no third-party login step in our checkout.

We also never see your full card number, CVV or bank credentials — those go directly to Shopify and its payment providers (section 5).

4. Why we use it

  • To perform the order you placed — this is the main reason we hold anything at all.
  • To provide support: answering your messages, investigating a stalled order, issuing a refund or a refill.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, such as transaction records for accounting and tax.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the service.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages people use — see section 6.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for order handling, on legal obligation for record-keeping, and on legitimate interests for fraud prevention and basic analytics. Where we rely on consent — marketing email, non-essential cookies — you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Payments

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. When you pay, your card or wallet details are collected and processed by Shopify and its payment providers under their own privacy terms. Those details never reach our servers and we cannot retrieve them.

What comes back to us is the outcome: whether the payment succeeded, the amount, the currency, the order reference and the email address attached to it.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to run the site — remembering your locale and keeping the contents of your cart between pages. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

We also use a small amount of analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors drop off, reported in aggregate rather than per person. Analytics provider currently in use: none at present. Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout under its policies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking the necessary ones may stop checkout from working.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not rent contact lists. We share only what a given job requires, with:

  • Shopify, for checkout, payment processing and order records.
  • Our hosting, email and support tooling providers, acting on our instructions.
  • The delivery partners that fulfil an order, which receive only the public handle or post link — never your email address.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose something.

8. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for 6 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations, largely because accounting and tax rules require it. Support conversations are kept for 24 months. Handles submitted for delivery are removed once the order and its refill window have closed.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email support@tiktokfame.co from the address you ordered with. We respond within the period required by the applicable law and will tell you if a legal retention duty stops us deleting something immediately.

10. International transfers

Our providers, including Shopify, may process data in countries other than yours. Where such a transfer is subject to data-protection law, we rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

This service is not intended for children, and orders may only be placed by someone old enough to enter a contract in their country. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be flagged on the site itself. Questions go to support@tiktokfame.co.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to us and we will action it rather than route you through a form.
