Refund Policy

This page explains what happens if an order does not go as expected: when we refill it, when we refund it, and how to contact us about it.

Free refills

Followers, likes and views packages are eligible for free refills. If your counts drop within 30 days of delivery completing, contact us and we will top them back up at no cost.

Comments, shares, saves, live services and auto services are not refillable.

When you get a full refund

• We cannot deliver your order at all.
• Delivery has not started within a reasonable time and a refill cannot fix the problem.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

When refunds do not apply

• The order was delivered as described.
• The order was sent to the wrong username or link because of what you typed at checkout.
• You made the account or post private, deleted it or changed the username while delivery was running.

Free trials

Free trials involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask for a refill or refund

Email support@tiktokfame.co or message us on live chat and include your order link. That lets us find your order straight away and check its delivery status.
