This policy describes the information TikTokFame handles when you visit tiktokfame.co, place an order, claim a free trial or talk to our support team. We have tried to keep it short and specific to how this site actually works.

Who runs this site

Information we collect

• Your email address. We use it to send your order confirmation, the private link to your order, sign-in codes for your account and free-trial codes.
• The username or post link you submit. This is the public profile or post you want us to deliver to. We only need what anyone can already see publicly.
• Order details. The service, package size, price and delivery status of each order.
• A hashed IP address. We store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the raw address, to spot fraud and to stop the same person from claiming free trials over and over.
• Support conversations. Messages you send through live chat and any screenshots you choose to upload there.
• Basic analytics. Information such as the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use, collected through Google Analytics.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your TikTok or Instagram password and we never log in to or access your account. Every service works from your public username or post link alone. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it is not us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify on Shopify's hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on Shopify's pages, not ours, and TikTokFame never sees or stores your full card number.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and track your orders.
• To send emails about your orders, sign-in codes and free-trial codes.
• To answer your support questions and handle refill or refund requests.
• To detect fraud and prevent abuse of free trials.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what each provider needs:

• Shopify, which runs our checkout and processes payments.
• Google Analytics 4, which provides site analytics.
• Our email providers, which send transactional emails such as order confirmations and sign-in codes.
• Growth-service suppliers, which receive only the public username or link and the quantity needed to fulfill your order. They do not receive your email address or payment details.
• A profile-lookup provider, used by our free profile analyzer and live counters. It reads only public profile data for the username you enter.

Accessing or deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@tiktokfame.co from the email address you used with us. We may keep some order records where we need them to handle refunds, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your order and measure site traffic. Our Cookie Policy lists each one.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
